After being back from Japan for almost 10 months now I still hadn't made anything Japanese for my family to show that yes I really did learn how to cook Japanese food and yes I still could...sort of. Thankfully, I got my chance as my friend Kanda san sent me a package filled with ingredients to make Japanese pancakes or Okonomiyaki. While hesitant to eat it at first my family joined me for one last 'Japanese' home cooked meal and I think they kind of enjoyed it.
