You've heard it here first. It is currently snowing in Chiba, a rare occurrence here because it really doesn't get that cold. Big, thick snow flakes. The kind that you want to land on your tongue, the kind that look like shaved marshmallows, the kind that look like a bed of feathers, ready for anyone to just run and jump on. If only we were 7 years old, we'd be doing snow angels.
